Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) Additional Managing Director (AMD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Md Hashem Chowdhury has passed away at United Hospital on Friday.
His namaz-e-janaza was held at Banshundhara Boro Masjid after Fajr prayers yesterday and his body has been taken to his village home at Chouddagram, Comilla for burial.
Hashem’s qulkhwani will be held at his village home.
The bank will arrange a Doa Mehfil today, August 19, at MTB Centre, 26 Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan 1 and another one on Saturday, August 25, at Gulshan Azad Masjid.
Relatives, friends and well-wishers have been requested to pray for the salvation of his departed soul.
