Awami League Member of Parliament Noman Al Mahmud elected in Chittagong-8 by-election has taken oath.
Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury administered the oath to Noman Al Mahmud in her office at Sangsad Bhaban on Tuesday afternoon.
Parliament Secretariat Senior Secretary KM Abdus Salam conducted the oath taking ceremony.
After taking the oath, the newly elected Member of Parliament Noman Al Mahmoud signed the oath book according to the custom.
