National one-day international captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has joined the first session of the 11th National Parliament on Tuesday as the representative of the Narail 2 constituency.
Mashrafe, idolized by his fans as ‘the skipper’, entered the Parliament at 5pm that went into session at 4:30pm.
The first session of the Parliament started on January 30.
Mashrafe had been unable to attend the parliament as he was busy with his Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) duties for the franchise Rangpur Riders.
