Three people, including a woman, were killed, and two others were injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a CNG in Kaliakair, Gazipur.
The accident occurred in the Namashulai area of the Mauna-Fulbari road at around 8:15am on Saturday.

The deceased include the CNG driver Obaidul and two unidentified individuals — a 56-year-old woman and a 70-year-old elderly man.
Two others were injured, but the police have not yet identified them.
According to local witnesses, the CNG travelled with five passengers from Mauna Chowrasta in Sreepur towards Kaliakair.
Upon reaching the Namashulai area of Kaliakair, it collided head-on with a brick-laden truck coming from the opposite direction toward Sreepur.
The collision crushed the CNG, killing the driver and two passengers on the spot.

However, the truck driver managed to escape and could not be detained.
