The case was filed at Ashulia police station on Friday night following the death of 16-year-old Al-Sabur in the Bypile area of Ashulia on August 5. The complaint was lodged by Sahid Hasan Mithu, a neighbour of the deceased.
Al-Sabur was a tenth-grade student at Jamgara Shaheen School. He lived with his family in the Shimultala area of Yearpur Union, Ashulia.
