A mobile court of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-1) has fined two companies Tk4 lakh for producing bread and dairy products in unhygienic conditions in Tongi.

Dhaka TribuneIn Tongi East area, Yamin Food owner Abdur Rauf Khan was fined Tk2.5 lakh for the crime of producing adulterated food in an unhealthy environment. On the other hand, Sharik Melamine owner Sunil Das was ordered a fine of Tk1.5 lakh for the same offence.
