Three people were killed in a collision between a truck and a pickup van on the Jamalpur-Dewanganj highway in Melandaha upazila of Jamalpur on Sunday morning.
The deceased were pickup driver Kajal, 35, and passengers Shah Alam, 35, and Chanchal Barman, 32.
They were returning to their office after finishing work on a Grameenphone cell tower in Dewanganj when the accident occurred, according to the police.
Melandaha police station OC Delwar Hossain said the two vehicles had been seized.
