Bus movement on the internal route of Bhola district resumed on Saturday after a 30-hour-long suspension.
At around 12pm, a bus left for Charfassion with passengers from Bhola. Also at the same time another bus left for Bhola from Charfassion bus stand.
Meanwhile, passengers of the Bhola-Charfassion route have been relieved following the resumption of bus services.
General Secretary of Bhola Bus Owners Association, Md Abul Kalam said that on Friday morning bus service was halted in Bhola demanding a ban on movement of three-wheelers. Bus service has resumed on all Bhola-Charfassion routes as of Saturday at noon.
On the other hand, launch movement on Saturday and Bhola-Barisal route is still halted for the second day.
On Saturday, BNP activists and leaders joined the divisional rally in Barisal city demanding the release of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and national election under a non-party neutral government.
