Five people were dead and one person was injured after a bus and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw collided in Chittagong's Boalkhali upazila on Friday, police said.
The identities of the victims could not be known immediately. They were passengers of the auto-rickshaw.
Abdur Razzak, officer-in-charge of Boalkhali police station said four of them were dead on the spot while another died on the way to the hospital. The injured were taken to Chattogram Medical College Hospital.
The two vehicles, involved in the collision, were seized from the spot.
