Seven firefighters in Dinajpur have rescued a bird that was stuck in a Java plum tree, with its leg entangled with a thread.
Locals said that the bird had been trying to free itself since Thursday morning, but all of its efforts went in vain.
Later, some of the locals of the district’s press club area reported the matter to Dinajpur Fire Service and Civil Defence.

We managed to break the branch where the bird was stuck and cut the thread its leg was entangled with,” said Dinajpur Fire Service and Civil Defense leader Safiqul Islam.
He added that they set the bird free after rescuing it.
The 20-minute rescue operation has touched the hearts of many in the community. They expressed their gratitude to the seven fire service personnel for saving the bird.
