A woman has allegedly murdered her husband in Satkhira’s Tala Upazila.
Golam Hossain, hailed from Mathbari village of the upazila and was a worker at a local rice mill.
The family members of the deceased said that he was murdered as his wife was having an extramarital affair.
Earlier on Tuesday, the wife of the deceased spread the news of her husband’s death in a heart atack.
The man’s family claim that the body had scars on its neck.
Krishnapad, sub-inspector (SI) at Patkelghata police station, said the body was sent to morgue for autopsy.
