A graduate of the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) now has the opportunity to join the University of Oxford, UK.
Mohammad Ali will join the Master of Science (by research) Women's and Reproductive Health program as a full-time student.
In October this year, he will join the University of Oxford in physical presence, said a press release on Wednesday.
In 2007, Mohammad Ali began his bachelor course in Bachelor of Science in Nursing at IUBAT.
After completing his graduation, Ali started working with the International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR,b) as a study nurse. He worked at IUBAT as a lecturer from 2015 to 2016 in the College of Nursing.
Mohammad Ali received a Swedish Institute Study Scholarship at Uppsala University, Sweden. He completed his Master’s in Public Health from Uppsala University. Besides, he worked with Uppsala University as Research Assistant and Nurse.
It may be recalled that in 1991, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology commenced its journey as the first non-government university in Bangladesh.
