Three children drowned in the Chengi River in Panchhari Upazila of Khagrachhari on Friday.
The deceased were identified as Pibir Chakma, 2, his sister Pragga Chakma, 12, and Jharjhari Chakma, 12.
The children drowned while taking a bath in the river, said Officer-in-Charge Ansarul Karim of Panchhari police station.
The locals rushed them to the Upazila Health Complex, where they were announced dead.
