Police have found two dead bodies at Nazirartek point in Cox's Bazar beach in the space of 24 hours.
The body of Meher Farabi Avro, 24, was recovered on Saturday and that of Rafiq Ishik, 26, was recovered on Friday.
Police have taken four friends of the deceased into custody for questioning. They were identified as Rohan, Masud, Muhibul and Fardin, from the Jessore Kotwali Thana area.

Cox's Bazar Sadar Model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Bipul Kanti Dey said: “A group of six friends visited Cox's Bazar together on September 16. They stayed at the Beach Holiday hotel.”
He added that the two deceased went missing after the visit, but their friends in custody did not inform anyone about the disappearances.
