The detainees are Md Habibur Rahman, 32, Md Nasir Uddin, 30 and Shohidul Islam, 24.
RAB 7 CPC 2 Company Commander Major Md Ruhul Amin said: “Acting on a tip-off, we conducted a drive in the area and detained them around 4am on Wednesday.”
He said: "A total of 408 firearms, including 13 shooter-guns, 12 shotgun shells and 22 pipe-guns were recovered from their possession.
