Miscreants have vandalized and set fire to four election offices of Awami League under the Naogaon-6 constituency.
The incident took place on Tuesday night in Bhatak, Bogarbari, Sthal and Rajapur areas of Raninagar upazila.
Awami League nominated candidate Anwar Hossain Helal said: “Who are those people who have vandalized and set fire to 4 of our election offices at night?”
He demanded immediate arrest of those involved in the incident.
Officer-in-charge of Raninagar Police Station Zahurul Haque said the matter is being investigated. Those involved with the incident will be brought under the law.
