A 25-year-old domestic help has been raped allegedly by her employer' son in Sharsha upazila of Jessore.
Police arrested accused Abir Hossain, 26 on Tuesday evening after the rape surviour filed a case against him with Sharsha police station, said the police station's Officer-in-Charge (OC) Badrul Alom Khan.
The accused Abir is the son of Enamul Haque from Navaran Rail Bazar of Sadar union under Sharsha upazila.
OC Badrul Alom said: "Promising to marry the domestic help, Abir has been raping her for three to four months at his home. The woman filed a case on Tuesday afternoon. Later we arrested Abir. The woman will be sent to Jessore General Hospital for medical check-up tomorrow (Wednesday)."
