Rapid Action Battalion has arrested a suspected member of the banned militant outfit “Allahr Dal” from Fultola, Khulna.
The suspected militant, Liton Hossain, 30, was arrested on Tuesday around 12am, confirmed Mahbub Ul Alam, assistant director (Legal and Media) of RAB-6 through a press release.
Being tipped off by his associates, Liton was arrested from Bezer Danga rail station area, according to the RAB press release.
In a statement, the RAB sources said, Liton was actively involved in various criminal activities under the shadow of the militant group since 2016.
He used to recruit members for the banned outfit claiming himself as a men’s salon owner.
