Naveed Sobhan, a housing finance specialist resident in Connecticut, the son of late Khondakar Fazle Sobhan and younger brother of Rehman Sobhan and Farooq Sobhan, passed away at 11:45am on Thursday, May 11, at Yale General Hospital at the age of 59.
He is survived by his wife Rumana and son Kamran.
His Namaz-e-Janaza was held at Berlin Mosque in Berlin, Connecticut on Saturday after Zuhur prayers, and he was buried immediately thereafter at the Muslim Cemetery in Cheshire, Connecticut.
