District 41 Division L Toastmasters conference Ebullience 2019 has been held in Cox’s Bazar.
The two-day conference organized by Toastmasters International was held at Hotel Ocean Paradise in Cox’s Bazar on November 15-16.
The first day of the conference, which was chaired by DCP Coach of District 41 Md Golam Dastagir Jony, included a photoshoot at the sea beach followed by a cultural program and fellowship dinner. Division L Director Mohammad Zahid Hossain graced the occasion.
The second day programs featured the main conference where the division level evaluation and humorous speech contests were held.
Md Jamal Uddin Jamy from Mastermind Toastmasters Club won the evaluation speech contest while Yusra Binte Sikander from IUB Toastmasters Club became the champion in humorous speech category. Both the winners will represent Bangladesh in the district level championship to be held in Delhi, India in May 2020.
The event was also graced by the club growth director of District 41, Ranjit Acharya, and guest of honour Monjurul Hoque.
More than 80 toastmasters from Bangladesh participated in the event.
