Police have recovered body of a lawyer from his house in Bilsimla area of Rajshahi city.
The deceased, Mozammel Haque, 62, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room on Saturday.
Mozammel used to practice in Natore court.
Quoting his family, Shahadat Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Rajpara police station, said Mozammel locked the door from inside after a family feud on Friday evening.
His wife, a teacher at Rajshahi College, informed police after failing to convince her husband to open the door.
Later, police arrived and broke into Mozammel's room, only to find his body hanging from the ceiling fan.
His body was sent to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital morgue for autopsy, and later handed over to his family, the OC added.
