The head of the three law enforcement forces of the country visited the Rohingya camps in Cox's Bazar on Tuesday.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Director General Maj Gen Md Shafinul Islam, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Mohammad Jabed Patwary and Rapid Action Batallion (RAB) Director General Dr Benzir Ahmed visited the Rohingya camps around 3pm.
Cox's Bazar Police Superintendent (SP) ABM Masud Hossain said: "The chiefs of the respective forces will make sure that the security of the locals are not compromised by the Rohingya camps and that the law and order situation does not go out of hand because of some Rohingya criminals."
The law enforcement heads will return to Dhaka on Wednesday, he added.
