Mozammel Haq Selim, one of the victims of the Christchurch terror attack in two mosques in New Zealand on March 15, 2019, has been buried in his home village.
After his namaz-e-janaja on Thursday, his body was buried next to his father's grave in his family graveyard in Chandpur.
In the early hours of Thursday, the body was taken to his village home from Dhaka. Locals crowded around the body after it reached his house.
Mozammel flew to New Zealand in 2015 to study dentistry at the Faculty of Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS).
On March 15, a total of 50 were shot dead by a white supremacist at two mosques in Christchurch. Among the dead, five men were identified as Bangladeshi nationals.
