Families of three people who were shot dead by the BGB earlier this month have filed a lawsuit against the border agency.
On Wednesday, a lawyer representing the families of the three filed a complaint with a judicial magistrate court in Haripur.
According to Advocate Nazrul Islam, the families of Nawab, Sadek, and Joynal have filed three separate cases accusing Lt Col Tuhin and others from the 50 BGB Battalion.
The families of the deceased claimed that they filed a case with the magistrate court because the police station did not help them file complaints.
They also alleged the BGB is threatening and bribing people to not press charges.
The case will be heard on February 24.
