A mobile court of Wildlife Crime Control Unit, Gazipur in a drive held ten people with 469 migratory birds from Tongi Bazar and adjacent areas on Sunday.
A team of Rapid Action Battalion conducted the drive during the day and held ten people with the birds, said Asim Mollik, inspector of the Wildlife Crime Control Unit.
Later, the court sent the arrested to jail and freed the birds, he said.
