770 bottle Phensidyl seized in Thakurgaon

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh seized 770 bottles of Phensidyl from the Dabri border area under Haripur in Thakurgaon on Tuesday. They seized Phensidyl worth Tk462,000, said a BGB press release. Meanwhile, BGB detained one person from a location near the Nagor River in Ranisankail, on suspicion of his involvement in drug dealing. The arrestee is Rafiqul Islam, 31. Lt Col Tushar Bin Yunus, director of the BGB 30 battalion in Thakurgaon, confirmed the seizures in a press briefing at the BGB Gloria in Thakurgaon.
