Gas supply has been suspended for 14 hours – starting from 8am to 10pm – in Tangail.
Assistant manager of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd (Tangail zone) Khandakar Munjur Rahman said the supply would remain suspended on Friday due to relocation of gas valve pit to facilitate the construction of four lanes on the Dhaka-Tangail Highway.
The gas supply would resume after 10pm Friday, he added.
