The High Court has fixed July 9 for the next hearing on the committee progress report on Narayanganj killing.
Attorney General Mahbub-e-Alam has made the disclosure in a press briefing on Wednesday afternoon.
On June 2, three authorities have submitted progress reports to the attorney general’s office regarding the Narayanganj seven murders following abduction.
The seven-member investigation team under the law ministry, the Inspector General of Police and elite force Rapid Action Battalion authorities handed over their reports to the attorney general’s office.
On April 27, seven people, including NCC panel mayor Nazrul Islam, were abducted from the city. Later, their bodies were found floating in River Shitalakkhya on April 30.
