The High Court on Thursday extended its order that stayed BNP leader Khandaker Mahbub Hossain’s remand order, for two months.
Justices M Enayetur Rahim and Mohammad Ullah passed the order.
On January 9, a High Court order had stayed the remand order against Khandaker Mahbub Hossain.
On January 8, a Dhaka court granted a two-day remand against Mahbub in the case related to crude bombs being set off near the Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s Ramna office on January 4.
