Basanti Ghosh, 32nd witness of the prosecution, finished giving her deposition against BNP leader and war crime suspect Salahuddin Qader Chowdhury at the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Sunday.
Following the deposition, the defence, however, declined to question her.
ICT 1 adjourned proceedings till May 6.
SQ Chowdhury is said to have encouraged the Pakistani army to kill Nutan Chandra in Chittagong.
The three-judge ICT 1, set up to try charges of crimes against humanity during the 1971 Liberation War, indicted the six-time Chittagong MP on 23 charges.
