A Chittagong court has granted three-day remand for each of four suspected militants in a case filed with Hathazari police station in the district.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Mosaddek Minhaj passed the order on Monday after Investigation Officer (IO) of the case and also RAB ASP Ruhul Amin produced them before his court, seeking a 5-day remand.
The accused are Yusuf, Harunur Rashid, Asadullah and Mostakin Billah.
On February 19, the elite force arrested 12 suspected militants including the four, from Al Bakar Madrasa in Hathazari upazila of Chittagong.
Later, a case was filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act 2009 with Hathazari police station.
