Three more children have died with symptoms of measles at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH). A total of 149 children are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital with measles-like symptoms.
Hospital spokesperson Dr Shankar Kumar Biswas confirmed the information on Saturday, stating that the three deaths occurred within 24 hours from Friday noon to Saturday noon.
During this period, 25 children were admitted to the hospital with measles symptoms, while three were discharged after recovery.
So far, a total of 377 children have been admitted to the hospital with measles symptoms, and 38 have died while undergoing treatment.
