Saudi Arabia on Sunday shipped 80 tons of liquid oxygen to India to assist the country with the treatment of skyrocketing numbers of Covid-19 patients.
The shipment was sent in coordination with Adani group and Linde company, according to Times of India.
“Embassy of India is proud to partner with Adani group and M/s Linde in shipping much needed 80MT liquid oxygen to India. Our heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of Health Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all their help, support and cooperation,” said a tweet from the Indian embassy in Riyad as quoted by the Indian media outlet.
