Army chief receives Covid-19 vaccine

Covid-19 inoculation began at all CMHs across the country under the nationwide vaccination program that began on February 7

Bangladesh Army chief General Aziz Ahmed has received Covid-19 vaccine at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) at Dhaka Cantonment.

He was administered a vaccine dose after joining work following a trip to the US, said a statement from ISPR on Sunday.

Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for taking steps to vaccinate mass people, including members of Bangladesh Army, he also urged the people to take the vaccine.

Covid-19 inoculation began at all CMHs across the country under the nationwide vaccination program that began on February 7.
