Another journalist of a private television channel has tested positive for Covid-19 in Gazipur.
The infected journalist is the Gazipur correspondent of SA TV.
He along with three family members has been asked to stay in home quarantine, said Gazipur Civil Surgeon Dr Md Khairuzzaman.
Till Tuesday evening, 328 people had tested positive for coronavirus in Gazipur district, according to the Gazipur Civil Surgeon’s office.
As many as 114 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Gazipur Sadar upazila, which is the highest among all upazilas in the district.
On April 14, a journalist of Ekattor TV tested positive for Covid-19 in Gazipur.
