Bangladesh inked a counter-terrorism cooperation initiative agreement with the US on Tuesday.
Junior secretary to the home ministry CPK Mostak Ahmed and US Ambassador Dan W Mozena signed the agreement at the home ministry.
The agreement is said to be part of a joint initiative of Bangladesh and the US to strike down terrorism.
Home Minister MK Alamgir and Junior Home Minister Shamsul Haque Tuku were among those present during the program.
