As part of their training under the National Defence Course, they attended hearings at different benches of the High Court Division. This provided them with practical insight into judicial procedures.

The information was disclosed in a press release issued on Monday, signed by Md Shafiqul Islam, Public Relations Officer of the Supreme Court.

According to the release, around 148 military and civilian representatives from Bangladesh and several other countries—including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Nigeria, Tanzania and Zambia—took part in the National Defence Course 2026.
