Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Dhaka, Dr Abdullah ibn Dhafer ibn Ubayya, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman at the Secretariat on Sunday.
The meeting was held at the Cabinet Division around 11am, where the two sides discussed various bilateral issues of mutual interest.
Earlier in the morning, the prime minister arrived at the Secretariat at 9:05am and was received by Principal Secretary ABM Abdus Sattar. He also held a meeting with the foreign minister and state ministers around 10:30am.
