Bangladesh and Türkiye have expressed optimism that a collaborative endeavour between the two countries will enhance their partnership to new heights, demonstrating a shared dedication to cultivating stronger relations.
A Bangladesh delegation, led by Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain and Information and Broadcasting Adviser Mahfuj Alam, met with Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan at his office on Monday to discuss issues of shared interest.
The primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen the bilateral relationship between Türkiye and Bangladesh by resolving outstanding issues and initiating new initiatives.
The relationship between Türkiye and Bangladesh is expected to yield substantial benefits as a result of this cordial discussion, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Bangladesh will be granted access to a comprehensive range of Türkiye's bilateral cooperation sectors, which are typically designated for Türkiye’s closest allied nations.
Bangladesh stated that this development represents an optimistic chapter in the diplomatic engagement between the two countries, opening the door to heightened collaboration, mutual support, and shared growth across various domains.
