The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Indo-Pacific at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, Catherine West, will visit Bangladesh on 16-17 November.
During the visit, she is expected to have courtesy meetings with Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus and Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain, foreign ministry's spokesperson Md Toufique Hasan said at the weekly briefing Thursday.
One of the key objectives of her visit is to strengthen the relationship between Bangladesh and the UK by enhancing economic, strategic, and immigration partnerships, he said.
