Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus will attend the upcoming UN General Assembly session scheduled for September 22-27 at the UN headquarters in New York, United States.
His travel companions for this trip include Brac University student Ayesha Siddika Tithi and Drik Managing Director Shahidul Alam, among seven others.
This information was given in an office order signed by Chief Adviser's Office Director (Administration) AKM Moniruzzaman.
The other travel companions are Yunus's daughter Deena Afroz Yunus, Chief SDG Coordinator Lamiya Morshed, economist Debapriya Bhattacharya, Chief Adviser's Special Assistant Mahfuz Alam, and Private Secretary Sabbir Ahmed.
Dr Yunus will return to the country shortly after his visit.
