Indian External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany on Saturday.
The meeting was held at Hotel Bayerischer Hof, conference venue, in the morning.
After the meeting, Jaishankar took X to congratulate the prime minister on her renewed mandate.
He also appreciated her guidance in taking India-Bangladesh ties forward.
"Honoured to call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh. Congratulated her on the renewed mandate. Appreciated her guidance for taking India Bangladesh Maitri forward," he wrote.
