Of these returnee, 41 were Bangladeshi nationals and 23 Korean nationals.

Six Bangladeshi nationals were sent to 14-day institutional quarantine under the management of the Armed Forces Division as they to failed to show medical clearance certificates upon their arrival, said Dr Sajjad Shariar, the airport’s health officer.

Apart from these people, at least 58 passengers were also scheduled to land in Dhaka around Sunday midnight via a Gulf Air flight from Bahrain, Touhid said.
