Indian foreign secretary to visit Dhaka

Jaishankar will make a two-hour stopover in Dhaka during his journey from China to India. His itinerary includes a bilateral meeting with Bangladeshi Foreign Secretary Md Shahidul Haque, according to a foreign ministry official. The foreign ministry official also told the Dhaka Tribune the schedule of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to Delhi will be discussed at the meeting. Jaishankar is also scheduled to call on the prime minister and foreign minister.
