Saaol Heart Center Bangladesh rendered a day-long free medical consultation marking its 10th founding anniversary in Bangladesh.
The event was organized on Wednesday, with the slogan ‘Successful 10-Years’ of heart treatment without any ring and operation.
Patients at the main branch at 26, Eskaton Garden Road in Dhaka and the Chittagong branch received free counseling from cardiologists. More than 200 patients at each branch were provided with the medical facilities.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony at the Saaol Auditorium, Saaol’s Bangladeshifounder Poet Mohon Raihan said: “Introducing the Saaol treatment method in Bangladesh and making it acceptable was a big challenge.
“We overcame that challenge and treated more than 30,000 patients and fully curing them throughout last 10 years. We are conducting a social movement of changing food habits and lifestyle.”
Speaking on this occasionwas special guest and former MP Nurul Islam Moni said: “The facility-deprived people of the grass-root level will have to be brought under Saaol’s successful heart treatment method.”
The chief guest andretired consultant surgeon general of the Bangladesh Armed Forces Bijoy Kumar Sarkar said: “I became a supporter after being convinced by reading Dr Dean Ornish’sbook titled ‘Reversal Heart Disease’. Hence, I was connected with Saaol’s complete lifestyle program of heart disease treatment in Bangladesh.”

Saaol is American physician and researcher Dr Dean Ornish’s program for preventing and reversing heart disease without surgery.
