Rtv and Deutsche Welle (DW) Akademie are jointly organizing “Social Media Training: Fake News, Verification and Community Management” at Rtv’s Bengal Bhaban in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
The five-day event began on Monday.
DW Radio Host Jessie Wingard is the trainer at the program.
Rtv CEO Ashik Rahman said: “Rtv will organize more programs like this to improve and develop the media sector in Bangladesh.”
Journalists from various news agencies of the country are participating in the 5-day long event from October 8 to 12.
