The balloting of the 12th national election which began on Sunday morning is underway in a festive and peaceful environment.
After visiting multiple polling centres in the capital, it was seen that voter turnout was low since morning.
The number of voters increases as the day progresses.
During the visit, it was seen that people queued up outside polling centres, despite the ongoing hartal called by BNP-Jamaat and a few other political parties.
