Ahead of the 12th national parliament election, the ruling party Awami League will sit in a meeting with the 14-party alliance on Sunday to finalize the seat negotiation.
The 14 party leaders are hopeful that from the meeting to be held at 23 Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital they will be able to finalize the seat negotiation with Awami League.
While talking with Dhaka Tribune on Thursday, AFM Bahauddin Nasim, joint general secretary of Awami League, confirmed the meeting time.
Earlier, the alliance leaders sat with Awami League President Sheikh Hasina and submitted their desired constituency list to Awami League. However, the Awami League chief instructed the alliance to sit further with party leaders to finalize the list.
