Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Saturday said he has no doubt that BNP will take part in the upcoming 11th parliamentary election.
“I don’t know why BNP is yet to start their nomination selection process. But I have no doubt that BNP will participate in the next election. We are hopeful,” said Quader.
Quader briefed the press at Awami League’s president’s political office at Dhanmondi at Saturday morning.
Quader alleged that BNP’s reaction over election in Rajshahi was violation of electoral code and conduct.
Earlier, Awami League started nomination papers distribution at 10am for the second day.
