Programme to celebrate 62nd anniversary of Chinair Anjuman Ara High School and 20th anniversary of Chinair Bangabandu Sheikh Mujib Honors College ended yesterday.
On the closing day debating competition, Science fair and food fair were organised at the college premises.
Memeber of Parliament RAM Obaidul Moktadir Chowdhury and Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Professor Fahima Khatun distributed prizes among the participants of Science and food fairs in the afternoon.
The programme titled “Education: Celebration of Pride and Success” started on Friday. Food Minister Advocate Kamrul Islam inaugurated the celebration by launching a free medical camp.
Vice Chancellor of National University Professor Dr Harun-or- Rashid, Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Professor Fahima Khatun, Chairman of Comilla Education Board Professor Indubhushan Bhoumik, District Commissioner D Mohammad Mosharraf Hosain, Police Super Md Moniruzzaman, Principal of Chinair Anjuman Ara School and College Makbul Ahammad, Brahmanbaria Municipality Mayor Md Helal Uddin made speeches at the meeting presided over by Memeber of Parliament RAM Obaidul Moktadir Chowdhury on Friday afternoon.
